So Leopold's mom was called???
ReplyDeleteWolfy, one of my prized possessions is a copy of Ben and Me autographed by Robert Lawson. How important is he to the experience of the story of Ferdinand? The spine of my Viking copy reads "Leaf and Lawson." Whenever you're home in Westport, leave a note of appreciation of his grave for me.
ReplyDeleteAnd Kevin, I think his mom was usually addressed by her first name.
wiil do Robert!
